If for any reason you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for standard, non-personalized items. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that engraved and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned.
